OSU Supplier Showcase & Expo is an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation with faculty, staff, department purchasers and event and travel planners from Oregon State University. Join us for this unique opportunity! (Rates and Options Subject to Change)
OSU Supplier Showcase & Expo Exhibitor Prices: (there is a 2-booth limit per vendor)
Early Exhibitor Registration: (Until September 20)
- $500: Standard
- $350: Small and diverse firms (COBID or those who are self-certified in BennyBuy)
- Caterer Exhibitor Registration: Complimentary with agreement that food/beverage samples will be provided to attendees, minimum value $450 (use discount code Caterer when registering to receive discount)
Regular Exhibitor Registration:
- $600: Standard
- $450: Small and diverse firms (COBID or those who are self-certified in BennyBuy)
Exhibit Booth Inclusions: (All Exhibitor Types)
- 8 x 6’ Booth with Pipe and Drape (depth may vary depending on placement)
- 6’ Dressed Table
- Two Chairs
- Waste Basket/Recycle Bin
- Wireless Internet Access
- Lunch for Two Representatives
- Power Source (additional fee)
- 8:00am – 10:45am: Exhibitor Load-In and Set-up
- 11:00am – 2:00pm: Interactive Expo

Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference. Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $75.00 administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.
